CUSTOM BUILDS and SOUND INSTALLATION ORDERS

Although our primary focus is narrow gauge, we provide a complete custom and kit building service in addition to modifications to your specifications on any Ready-to-Run standard or narrow gauge locomotive in HO, S, O and larger scales. We are able to install DCC or DCC with sound in any HO, S, O and larger scale locomotive. Your cost depends on the scale, type locomotive, and the amount of work involved.

• Custom Building: We will build any HO, 4mm, S, O, 7mm and larger scales brass or brass and white metal (pewter), white metal, resin and plastic locomotive kit (steam, electric or diesel) and paint and weather to your specifications.

• Custom Build, Modify and Detail: In addition, while building the kit we can modify, detail, install lights, crew and paint the loco kit to your specification. We work with either standard or narrow gauge locomotives.

We will install DCC or DCC Sound in any HO, 4mm, S, O, 7mm locomotive (steam, electric or diesel) and paint and weather to your specifications. We work with either standard or narrow gauge locomotives. Our one exception is Sn3 PBL locomotives. • Kit building costs vary. However, your cost will usually be 200% of the cost of the kit with any kit modifications, DCC, DCC sound, lights, special paint will be extra.

• DCC, DCC sound installations also vary. Straight DCC is $95.00 (Steam), $90.00 (Diesel, Electric), DCC Sound $125.00 (Steam), $115.00 (Diesel, Electric) plus the cost of the decoder, speaker and lights.
